Developed by German Physiotherapists, FLEXI-BAR utilises Vibration Technology to target the deep voluntary and involuntary core muscles of the body. The swinging action of the FLEXI-BAR sends a vibration into the body, destabilising the spinal column. This destabilisation forces the supporting muscles in the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and abdominals to work in an attempt to maintain the spines stability and integrity. Training results include rapid increases in core strength, and rapid improvement at injured sites including neck, shoulders, back ( including lumbar ), hips, knees and ankles.
